Get ready to dive into the invisible world that shapes our health, mood, and even our decisions! The Life Within Us is an interactive educational lecture designed especially for high school students curious about biology, health, and the science behind the scenes of everyday life. 

Objective:

To spark curiosity and understanding about the human microbiome—how trillions of microbes living inside us influence digestion, immunity, mental health, and athletic performance. Students will leave with a deeper appreciation of how science connects to their daily lives and future careers.
