educational resources

These education resources have been made in close cooperation with microbiology teachers and talented illustrators. We have created 4 teaching packs that can be used by teachers and for scientific outreach. Choose between 4 microbiological practical activities that explore the wonderful world of microbes.

Make your own delicious Sourdough or Yoghurt cultures; build your own Winogradsky Columns to create many environments for different microbes; or create your own Agar Plates to grow many types of microbes from a variety of sources.

Each pack comes with a beautifully produced infographic explaining the activities and separate teaching notes and student instructions to provide all the information you need with your class of budding microbiologists.
